2019 Non-Partisan Municipal Elections

Important Reminders

  • Candidate filing forms will be available from the Moline City Clerk's Office, 619 16th Street – 2nd Floor, beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 28, 2018
  • 53 Signatures will be required per candidate per office [65 ILCS 5/3.1-25-30 and Sec. 2-2102 (b) (1) of the Moline Code of Ordinances]
  • Completed forms must be filed in the City Clerk’s Office no earlier than 8:00 a.m. on Monday, November 19, 2018 and no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 26, 2018
  • All forms submitted for candidacy are considered public record and will be available for public inspection upon filing
  • The City of Moline provides these forms as a public service and strongly advises that candidates obtain legal counsel prior to filling out forms
